Although we do not require certification to use VisionPoint programs, we do offer a comprehensive Trainer Certification Program for interested organizations and facilitators.
Typical Audience:
- Novice trainers with little or no training experience
- Experienced trainers with little or no facilitation skills
- Experienced trainers lacking specific content expertise
- Trainers of any experience level in an organization seeking consistency in delivery
- Minimum of 24 in-class participation hours (total of sixteen 90-minute sessions)
- Completion of all foundation skills plus any two elective modules
- Understanding and application of certification learning outcomes
Participants will lead an effective training session and:
- Apply adult learning principles
- Accommodate each primary learning style
- Demonstrate fundamental facilitation skills
- Exhibit confidence and competence while balancing content, process and participation
