History

VisionPoint’s founding partners spent more than a decade together as the in-house product development team for a leading corporate training company. Then, as now, they were passionate about the power of video-based learning and practical, real-world dramatizations to change behavior and make a genuine difference in the workplace.

Out of a shared desire to make leadership and organizational excellence come alive for employees everywhere, the team founded VisionPoint in 1999. Soon, leading business authors and internationally recognized experts began collaborating with the VisionPoint team to bring their insights and ideas to a broader audience. Today, the original vision has expanded into a growing portfolio of world-class programs, resources and training services to help organizations thrive.
