Did you know that managers, business owners and human resources professionals can be personally and individually sued for their involvement in employment decisions? It's true. Employment litigation is a risk for individuals, as well as organizations. You are betting your personal financial future—and sometimes your personal freedom—each time you make, or help to make, an employment decision.

SPECIAL FEATURE:
Testimonial on the Diversity & Respect Signature Series

Diversity & Respect Signature Series

"I've been in the EEO/Affirmative Action/Diversity field for 23 years and have never seen more realistic, more thought-provoking video training on diversity. The programs suggest ways managers can start conversations over when they are headed in a dangerous direction. We also learned simple ways that employees, who overhear insensitive language from coworkers, can say something in a way that avoids putting the offending individual on the defense. This tool offers real solutions. Rather than have employees fumble their language in role plays, they can learn right from the program. The scenarios are varied and illustrate diversity dimensions that are not often included in diversity programs. These programs go way beyond the race and gender issues!"

- Diversity Consultant, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dayton, OH

The Diversity & Respect Signature Series consists of three VisionPoint® programs that align together to create a comprehensive diversity and respect training curriculum: Just Be F.A.I.R.™, M.E.E.T. on Common Ground™ and We Need to M.E.E.T.™
